Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items for a refund or exchange in accordance with the policy below. This policy applies to orders placed through our UK website and delivered within the United Kingdom.

Eligibility for Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • In a resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Made-to-order or personalised furniture
  • Assembled or part-assembled items
  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our Customer Care team by emailing support@linenandoakcollections.co.uk  within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.
  2.  We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label or courier collection option.
  3. Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
  • Original delivery charges are refundable only if the entire order is cancelled within 14 days under your statutory cancellation rights.
  • Deductions may be made for any loss in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. For large furniture items, we can help arrange courier collection at a quoted cost, which will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We’ll arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.
